Ingredients
  

For the Sauce

  • Pinch sugar
  • Fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • Good pinch chili powder
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 227 g can tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato purée
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion

For the Potatoes

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 900 g potatoes

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add the oil and cook the onions for about five minutes or until hardened.
  • Bring to the boil, stirring regularly, with the garlic, diced tomatoes, vegetable purée, adobo seasoning, chili powder, cinnamon, and salt pinch.
  • Heat for ten minutes, or until the mixture is pulpy.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Fry for 40-50 minutes until it's golden brown.
  • Spoon the pasta sauce over the vegetables in spice jars.
  • To eat, garnish with grated parmesan.
