Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 3/4 cups plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 215 grams mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Fry until the onion is translucent, then add garlic and cook until it is tender and aromatic.
  • Place on a platter.
  • In a measuring cup or dish, add 1⁄2 cup (400 ml) of plant dairy with the vegetable stock. For the time being, put it aside.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, heated in a small saucepan over medium heat
  • A small quantity of the plant milk-stock mixture should be added and whisked well.
  • It will evaporate at first, but add extra water, whisking continuously until it begins to blend into a sauce.
