- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 1-2 tablespoons feta cheese
- 1/4 cup rotisserie chicken
- 3 tablespoons tomatoes
- 1 cow cheese wedge
- 1/2 cup greens lettuce
- 1 tortilla wrap
Place the tortilla on a flat surface and scatter the Laughing Cow cheesy wedge down the middle.
Insert the mixed greens just to the side of the cheese.
Cover with the meat, sun-dried vegetables, and pesto, spooned on top and softly spread.
Over the risotto, break the gruyere cheese.
Fold the upper part of the tortilla inwards somewhat, then roll it up tightly.
