- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- Toothpicks/skewers
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 12 slices of French baguette
- 1 large onion
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 oz of chevre goat cheese
Add the olive oil to a big pan and heat over moderate flame.

Cook, turning every 4-5 minutes, for approximately 30 minutes.

Bake the baguette pieces for 6-8 minutes, or until gently toasted, on a baking sheet.
