- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons adobo seasoning
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 3/4 pound cooked shrimp
- 1 orange pepper
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 3 celery ribs
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 container refrigerated crabmeat
