- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 2 ounces feta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
- 2 cucumbers
Remove the seeds from cucumbers by slicing them lengthwise.
1 cucumber half should be diced into 1⁄4-inch pieces and placed in a small cup.
