- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- Herb cream cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup multigrain cracker
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 carton spreadable garlic
- 1/3 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup sweet red pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 small zucchini
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
Combine oyster crackers and oil in a shallow saucepan.
Cheddar cheese is sprinkled on top.
