Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Spanish paprika
  • 1.8 pounds chicken thighs

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing basin, mix all of the spices and toss thoroughly to coat the chicken breasts.
  • Allow marinating overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Immerse bamboo skewer for thirty minutes in water.
  • Heat for 8-10 minutes, or until well done.
  • If preferred, top with Red Chimichurri.
